Standard Power Supplies

These are standard panel mounting Power supplies. They are available in different voltage levels like 12VDC, 24VDC or 110VDC and different current range from 1A to 30A. They are mostly used for Automation by PLC.

Battery Chargers

These are used to charge the batteries. They are widely used to charge battery for AMF Panel (Auto Mains failure), Or Diesel Generator set or DG set. They are used in sub stations of Power Plants. Other application is VCB or Vacuum Circuit Breaker. These are also available in different voltages levels like 13.5VDC, 27 VDC or 126VDC at different charging current from 3A to 30A.

Battery chargers with PFC

We have developed an additional range of Battery Chargers with three “Potential Free Contact”.The three Potential Free Contacts are for:

Charger Fail, AC Fail, Low Battery Cut off.

These are widely used in AMF Panel, BMS, etc.

DC Power Packs

These are SMPS cum battery chargers but a bit different in design. These comes with additional Buck-Boost DC to DC Converter. This ensures that the output terminals will always have 24VDC irrespective of battery voltage at the time of AC mains

These are Standard SMPS with international DIN rail mounting. Ease of operation in panes is the main advantage. Diode ORing Modules

These are Redundancy models. These are used to connect N+1 Power supplies in parallel. These are required to increase the current capacity of Power supplies or in mission critical application to save the data.

 

UPS with Integrated Power Supply

These are 24VDC Uninterrupted Power Supplies.

These are used for giving back up supply for PLC, Industrial PC or HMI.

These are DIN Rail mountable units. It comes with Potential free contact or PFC for AC Mains failure

Surge Suppressor

Surge can appear anytime in any AC mains. Problem with surge is that nobody can predict at what time will it appear, for how much millisecond will it be there and what will be the intensity of the surge. There are many reasons for the surge. Thunderstorm, Single phasing, loss of load on any phase, short circuit of two phases etc. It means Surges are out of our control. In light of these reasons in a way it is impossible for anyone to design the first stage of any Electronic Product that will not have any effect of surge.

We have designed and developed the Surge Suppressor based on latest technology. That is Spark Gap technology. By using our Micro Power brand Surge suppressor one can ensure that they can reduce the probability of getting their Instrument/Product/SMPS/ Battery Charger damaged. However periodic cleaning of Spark Gap will be required.

Under/Over Voltage Protector

Voltage Fluctuations can appear anytime in any AC mains.
