Refund Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept returns only under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product received is <strong>damaged during transit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product received is <strong>defective due to manufacturing issues<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product received is <strong>incorrect or does not match the order placed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns are <strong>not accepted<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized or made-to-order SMPS units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, overloading, or electrical surges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Request Timeline<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any return request must be raised within <strong>24 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Request Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To initiate a return, customers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact our support team via email or phone within the eligible timeframe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share <strong>order details, issue description, and clear images\/videos<\/strong> of the product and packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for the <strong>return authorisation<\/strong> before sending the product back<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be returned in <strong>original condition<\/strong>, unused, and with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned items are subject to <strong>inspection and verification<\/strong> by our technical team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Replacement Options<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on inspection results, we may offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Replacement of the product<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repair under warranty<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The resolution method is decided at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;No Refund Policies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no refund policy<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Shipping Charges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the return is approved due to a <strong>manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong item supplied<\/strong>, return shipping will be borne by us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For all other approved returns, <strong>return shipping costs must be borne by the customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders can be cancelled <strong>only before dispatch<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized or made-to-order products <strong>cannot be cancelled<\/strong> once the order is confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-Returnable Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized or specially configured SMPS units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products marked as <em>\u201cNon-Returnable\u201d<\/em> on the product page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulk or OEM orders unless otherwise agreed in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our liability is limited to the <strong>value of the product purchased<\/strong>.<br>We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including business downtime or loss of profits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Policy Updates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Return &amp;
