We ship within India and outside India also.
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in India.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are clearly defined and transparent:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and shipment weight. - Free Shipping:
“We do not offer free shipping. (Shipping charges apply to all orders.”)
No hidden handling or packaging charges are added.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Customized or made-to-order SMPS units may require additional processing time, which is communicated before order confirmation.
Transit & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 6–7 business days
- Remote / Non-serviceable Areas: 10–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and destination.
Shipping Method
- Orders are shipped via reliable third-party courier or freight partners.
- Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp.
Customers can track their shipment using the courier tracking link provided.
Packaging
All products are securely packed using protective, industrial-grade packaging suitable for electronic components like SMPS units to minimize transit damage.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- If the shipment is damaged or tampered with, customers should refuse delivery or notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Re-dispatch due to incorrect or incomplete address details will incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or force majeure conditions are beyond our control and do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds.
