Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product received is defective due to manufacturing issues
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order SMPS units
  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, overloading, or electrical surges
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting performance

Return Request Timeline

  • Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone within the eligible timeframe
  2. Share order details, issue description, and clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  3. Wait for the return authorisation before sending the product back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.

Replacement Options

Based on inspection results, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair under warranty

The resolution method is decided at our discretion.

 No Refund Policies

  • There is no refund policy

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong item supplied, return shipping will be borne by us.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or specially configured SMPS units
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Bulk or OEM orders unless otherwise agreed in writing

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including business downtime or loss of profits.

Any changes will apply only to future orders.
